Please enroll your children in Sacrament Preparation for First Confession and First Holy Communion (typically completed in 2nd Grade) by adding this donation to your cart. Make sure that you have already added Faith Formation Registration to your cart for your children. By completing Faith Formation Registration and its accompanying form, you do not need to complete any additional online forms as apart of Sacrament Preparation.
