New this year is the ability to register for Faith Formation online. Simply click the link below, select the programs your children will be enrolled in, and submit payment via PayPal.
Paper Registration
If you would prefer to register via our paper form and/or pay by cash or check, you can download, fill out, and print off our form using the link below. You can drop it by our cluster office, leave it in our mailbox, or mail it in.
